OVERVIEW Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to move in tomorrow afternoon and evening. The primary threats will include heavy rainfall, damaging winds, and large hail.
A Flood Watch has been issued for most of Vermont, as well as Essex and Clinton counties in NY as any additional rainfall will go straight to run-off in areas that have recently flooded.
